Distance Reiki Session

I ask that you schedule your appointment for a time you can allow yourself to relax in a comfortable position, seated or lying down. However, if needed, feel free to get up and move around. 

No matter what you do the Reiki will work. Healing benefits will be received no matter what, even if the session is interrupted. Reiki is an intelligent healing energy and knows what most serves your highest good in each moment.
